These private 1:1 sessions are designed to slow everything down.
Through gentle yoga and or sound healing, we create space for your body to release tension, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with a deeper sense of ease.
This is not a performance-based practice; it’s a space to be supported, exactly as you are.

How it Works
We’ll start by connecting either on the phone or through email to discuss your goals and understand what you’re seeking so we can make sure this space feels aligned and supportive for you.
From there, we’ll plan your first session together. You’ll have the option to begin with a single session or explore a package that best supports your goals.
We’ll meet in a calm, intentional space where you can arrive exactly as you are.
Each session is guided intuitively based on your needs that day, blending gentle movement, breathwork, and (if selected) sound healing to support nervous system regulation and deep relaxation.
There is nothing you need to prepare; just come as you are.
