Hi, I'm Sasha 🫶🏻
I’m an Arizona native who’s been practicing yoga since 2021 and teaching since 2022, and honestly, I think of my life as pre-yoga and post-yoga now.
Yoga has completely transformed my connection to my body, breath, and the present moment, both on and off the mat. I especially love practicing outdoors in nature whenever I can.
What’s your favorite kind of class to teach and why?
My favorite classes to teach are vinyasa flows. I love the upbeat nature, the way we link breath with movement, and how it feels like an amazing dance on the mat. I also love a good sweat and the energized feeling it creates.
What do you hope people feel after taking your class?
I hope people feel refreshed and more connected to themselves. I want them to leave class feeling less stressed, more calm, and inspired to continue their practice another day.

What’s a fun fact about you?
As I type this, I’m currently taking my 300-hour yoga teacher training! I’m so excited to deepen my personal practice, refine my teaching, and learn everything in between.
