With long, supported holds and gentle guidance, this experience invites deep rest for both body and mind. This Signature Package includes calming aromatherapy towels, guided affirmation cards to set the tone, and a dreamy 10-minute sound bath to bring it all home. It's the perfect nervous system reset wrapped in cozy, intentional vibes. It’s less about effort and more about surrender. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made up to 1 month before the class date will receive a 50% refund of the total amount paid. Cancellations made up to 1 week before the class date will receive a 25% refund of the total amount paid. Cancellations made less than 1 week before the class date will not be eligible for a refund.
