Service Description
This Vinyasa-style flow includes a blend of traditional yoga movement plus a few light partner poses woven into the warmup, the peak of class, and the closing sequence. These partner moments are designed to build connection, support, and a sense of fun within your group. Please ensure everyone in your group is comfortable, as the partner poses do involve some physical contact and assisted movement. Our Signature Package includes thoughtful details like aromatherapy cold towels, intention-setting with affirmation cards, and a blissful 10-minute sound bath to close. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made up to 1 month before the class date will receive a 50% refund of the total amount paid. Cancellations made up to 1 week before the class date will receive a 25% refund of the total amount paid. Cancellations made less than 1 week before the class date will not be eligible for a refund.
