All experiences are priced per person and are subject to a minimum booking amount based on the selected service.

Once your booking request has been approved, you will receive an invoice for a 50% non-refundable deposit to reserve your date and time. The remaining balance will be invoiced 7 days before your experience and is due before your scheduled session.

Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

If you need to reschedule your experience, requests made at least 7 days before your scheduled date will be accommodated whenever possible, subject to availability.

For groups of 15 or more participants, additional booking and payment terms may apply. These details will be discussed and confirmed during the booking process.
