Meet the Founder
Hi, I'm Sasha!
I'm a yoga instructor and sound healing practitioner who has been sharing movement and mindfulness since 2022, leading classes in studios, private events, corporate settings, retreats, and special celebrations.
Before wellness became my full-time world, I spent 10 years in customer service and 3 years in hotel hospitality, so creating thoughtful, welcoming experiences is second nature to me.
Whether we're flowing through yoga, relaxing in a sound bath, or celebrating a special occasion, my goal is simple: to help you slow down, feel good, and leave feeling a little more connected to yourself than when you arrived.
I can't wait to meet you and help create a wellness experience that's both meaningful and memorable.
