What To Expect
We Come to You
Whether you’re at the office or a conference at a local resort, we bring everything you need: mats, music, and a welcoming setup, so your team can simply show up and enjoy.
🗓 How Booking Works
Booking your private class is simple and stress-free:
1. Select your class length or package
2. Choose your date and time
3. Confirm your class style now, or let us know up to one week before your session
4. Once your booking is approved, you will receive an invoice for your 30% non-refundable deposit. Once the deposit is paid, you will be booked.
5. The remaining balance will be billed 1 week before the class date and is due 24 hours before the class start time.

💰 Pricing Note
Our sessions are designed for a minimum of 6 participants.
Have a smaller group? No problem, you’re still welcome to book. The per-person rate simply adjusts to meet the minimum.
