Service Description
Our Sound Healing Experience is designed to help your group slow down, relax, and reconnect through the calming power of sound. Using a variety of therapeutic sound healing instruments, we'll guide your group through a grounding sound journey that encourages deep relaxation, supports nervous system regulation, and creates space for rest and reflection. No prior sound healing experience is necessary. Sessions are welcoming, accessible, and suitable for all experience levels. We bring everything needed for your session, including yoga mats, blankets, and eye coverings, so your group can simply arrive, settle in, and receive. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion, offering a wellness experience for your team, or simply gathering with people you care about, we'll create a sound healing experience that feels meaningful, restorative, and uniquely tailored to your group. ***Pricing Info*** Sound Healing Experience is $55 per person with a $330 minimum booking. Once your booking request has been approved, you will receive an invoice for a 50% non-refundable deposit to reserve your date. The remaining balance will be invoiced 7 days before your class and is due before your scheduled session. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received. Please note that each sound healing facilitator brings a unique selection of instruments, so your experience may vary from what is shown in the photos. Cancellation Policy
Booking & Payment Terms All experiences are priced per person and include a minimum booking amount based on the selected service. Once your booking request has been approved, you will receive an invoice for a 50% non-refundable deposit to reserve your date. The remaining balance will be invoiced 7 days before your scheduled experience and is due 24 hours before the event. Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received. Event dates and times may be adjusted up to 7 days before your scheduled experience, subject to availability. For groups of 15 or more participants, customized booking and payment terms may apply. These will be discussed and confirmed during the booking process. If your preferred date falls within 7 days, please email hello@lunalotuswellness.com to inquire about availability before submitting your request. Cancellation Policy The 50% deposit is non-refundable. If you need to reschedule your experience, requests made at least 7 days in advance will be accommodated whenever possible, subject to availability.
