Class Descriptions

Gentle Vinyasa

A beginner-friendly Vinyasa-style class to help your group unwind, breathe deeply, and move with intention. We’ll flow slowly and mindfully, focusing on simple postures and breath to create space in the body and calm in the mind. No experience needed, just come as you are.

Yin Yoga

A slow and restorative Yin-style class with long, supported holds. This experience encourages rest, release, and relaxation. Perfect for grounding after a busy day or easing into the weekend. Less effort, more surrender.

Partner Pose Flow

A playful and supportive Vinyasa flow with light partner poses throughout. These moments invite connection, trust, and fun. Great for groups open to movement, teamwork, and a little physical interaction.

Vinyasa Flow

An uplifting, all-levels class for groups who want to move, stretch, and feel good together. This Vinyasa-style session links breath with creative movement for a well-rounded, energizing experience.

Vinyasa Yin Fusion

The perfect mix of movement and stillness. We’ll begin with gentle Vinyasa to energize the body, then shift into Yin to stretch deeply and relax fully. Ideal for groups who want balance, physically and mentally.

Aqua Yoga

Our signature poolside yoga class combines gentle stretching on land with supportive movement in the water. We’ll begin with light yoga on the mat, then transition into the pool to use the wall for strengthening and deep stretching. We’ll close the session back on land with a calming moment of rest. This low-impact experience is perfect for sunny mornings and all levels.
